Compatible and remanufactured inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges, may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or a replacement. If you wish to return the product for any reason, please contact us (using this link or you can email us at email@example.com) and we will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the return authorization number being issued. You may return defective remanufactured cartridges with or without the packaging. However, we will not accept the return of cartridges whose labels have been removed or if it has been physically tampered with in anyway. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-4 days after we've received the return package. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Please contact us so that we can issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before the items are returned. We may not accept or process the returned shipment if the RMA is not issued for the return items. In order to for us to issue a refund/replacement you must be able to return the defective or mis-ordered item(s). We will provide a prepaid return shipping label ONLY if the product is defective. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective returns, e.g. incorrect items, change mind or any other return reason not related to the quality of our products. Customers that are returning non-defective items, we suggest you use a carrier with TRACKING (such as UPS or USPS) and write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the return packaging.
